When you submit the audit application form, we receive the information you enter: your business name, your website or listing URL, and your email address. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send. Like most websites, our hosting and form-processing providers also record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and time of request).
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver what you asked for, such as a visibility audit.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
Service providers
We use third-party services to run this site — for example web hosting, form processing, and Google Fonts. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own privacy policies.
Data retention and removal
We keep submitted information only as long as needed for the purposes above. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email clientsuccess@thelocaltitan.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
